I am thankful...that a year has passed and Peanut isn't crying during all his waking hours.

I am thankful...that I am not traveling this holiday.

I am thankful...that I discovered several mom blogs and realized that I'm not the only one who doesn't relish every moment of motherhood.

I am thankful...that Peanut weaned easily and that I get a break in breastfeeding before # 2 arrives.

I am thankful...that the Cardinals won the World Series. I love those guys!

I am thankful...that I don't live in Siberia.

I am thankful...that I have seen the ocean, Napa Valley, the Great Smokey Mountains, Cardinals games at Busch Stadium(s), Vols games at Neyland Stadium.

I am thankful...for great movies, TV shows, crossword puzzles, Sudoku, and books for giving me something to do in all my, uh, free time.

I am thankful...that Tate went into work at little late today !

I am thankful...for running water, furnaces, air conditioners, roofs, cars, toilets, ovens, and microwaves.
