Third times a charm

Yes, more random thoughts! I know you've all been at the edge of your seat!

My in-laws are coming this weekend and we are putting them to work painting Peanut's new room and putting together his new furniture. It totally pays to be pregnant in times like these!

Amanda brought hummus yesterday and now I can't stop thinking about it. MUST BUY HUMMUS SOON.

I've been turning off the TV everyday from 10 ish until 3 ish and have been listening to my CDs. I forgot how much I liked the music I had.

We've tried several times in the past few weeks to eat at Guido's/Vinny's downtown. It's been mysteriously closed each time we've tried. Damn it.

I mentioned that I covet all this in the PB kids catalog. I also covet most things at Target. Especially the little girl clothes. I still haven't bought ONE GIRL THING. I'm dying!

I am commandeering the laptop. It's MY turn.

Laundry is never-ending.

I just started my bookclub book and it is absolutely terrific, so far. I don't even think I've finished the first chapter, it's that good.

Did you know that an excellent place to store unwanted banana and waffle is the top of your head? Just ask Peanut.

I am such a fish out of water when it comes to this Mardi Gras business. In the midwest, Mardi Gras was a one-night pub crawl where you paid $5 to get into all the bars downtown. They passed out beads when you went in and played "louisiana style" music. There weren't any balls. There was maybe one parade. Children did NOT get out of school.

Maybe a Mardi Gras themed myspace layout for my page would get me in the spirit.
