Eating and Entertaining

So far, knock on wood, Peanut is a pretty good eater. He's not picky and he generally eats a fair amount at meals. I try to introduce new foods to give him variety, but I'm stuck. I have no more ideas as to what to feed this kid. A typical weeks lunch meal prep looks like this:
Mac-n-cheese
Fish Sticks
PB& J
Ham/Turkey Sandwich
Cheese and crackers
Grilled cheese
Hummus and pita
Bagel bites

I can't think of anything else for him to eat. I already am feeding him things that are less than healthy and I'd like to add some better choices. Without more teeth, I've steered away from choking hazards. Also, he has difficulty with lots of tomato sauce, so yummy meals like spaghetti and meatballs are out. Help!!!

Moving on to entertainment....How do I entertain this kid all day?!? I've started turning off the TV for most of the day, not because I'm anti kids and TV, he's OBSESSED with watching TV. He becomes a zombie when it's on and doesn't play. He needs to play. So anyway, without the TV on, he'll read by himself (okay, he's just looking at the books, but I like to think that he's reading), play in his playroom, or walk around in circles. He loves the dogs' water dish, so I've given him a pot with a very small amount of water to play in...this is fun for all of 10 minutes. There's magnets on the fridge. We look at the computer. We go outside. We go to the park, library, on walks... Anymore ideas on how to entertain a toddler? And no, I won't sign him up for any classes that I have to pay for, they are too far from home and are always during his nap. Help!!!!

I feed my 13-month old son whatever we are eating... cut up small, of course. He doesn't seem to have any problems with any of it. He is in a phase right now where he loves Nutri-Grain bars.
